I live in Missouri and I was wondering if I pay my SR22 insurance premium a couple of days late will my driver’s license will be suspended?
There is no clear cut answer for this question. It really depends on the insurance company that you have your SR22 insurance with. Some insurance companies are lenient and will giv
e you a grace period to make your payment, and some companies will cancel your SR22 policy immediately. If you are a few days late making a payment, I would recommend contacting your insurance company and making a payment as soon as possible to avoid having your SR-22 insurance policy cancelled.

In Missouri it is required that you do not let your SR22 filing lapse or your license will be suspended.
